Description

Our Client is a 6GB PE Cape Town based Building Contractor who have recently been awarded a Building project in the Parow area of Cape Town that is a 10 month contract.

This position is a limited duration project assignment


Duties will include:


  • Morning dispatch of teams
  • Oversee site supervisors and daily work operations on site
  • Inspect and monitoring work quality
  • Implement and monitor work schedules and programmes
  • Ensuring health and safety standards are up to date
  • Completing site reports for General Manager
  • Resolving problems and implementing improvements
  • Organising and overseeing external inspections including quality and health and safety
  • Works program from start to finish

Requirements:


  • Bachelors Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Construction
  • Good communication skills
  • Technical roofing or construction knowledge
  • Ability to understand construction drawings
  • Understanding of health and safety requirements
  • Problem solving skills
