We are currently seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Site Agent to join our team in Gauteng. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled individual with a solid background in Road Construction and/or Road Rehabilitation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daytoday construction activities onsite.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high construction standards.
- Monitor site safety and enforce safety protocols.
- Provide regular progress reports to project management.
Requirements:
- National Diploma in Civil Engineering or N6 (NQF Level 6) in Civil Engineering.
- Proven experience in Road Construction and/or Road Rehabilitation.
- 7 or more years of experience preferred, but emphasis will be placed on the level of skill and exposure to construction projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
