    Description

    Job Summary

    This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with 3-5 years of experience in administrative support and employee benefits. The ideal candidate will possess strong mathematical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent communication abilities.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Process notifications to insurers regarding disabilities and loss of license claims, obtaining necessary documentation, and submitting claims in a timely manner.
    • Manage follow-ups, including liaison with consultants, members, insurers, and employers as required, ensuring all review requirements are met.
    • Update benefit categories upon instruction from admin staff and assist employers/members with queries.

    Medical Underwriting Requirements

    • Draft new business proposals, setting up the workflow for seamless execution.
    • Develop internal installation documents and collaborate with new clients on external installation documents, establishing efficient workflows.
    • Create section 14 documents, liaise with transferor or transferee funds on regulatory matters, and track payments.

    The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
