Job summary
The main purpose of this position is to provide comprehensive legal advice relating to legislative regulatory issues within the South African Reserve Bank with a special focus on financial sector law.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify address and manage potential legal risks within SARB Group
- Contribute develop appropriate legislative regulatory frameworks that have an impact on SARB Group including PA
- Take responsibility for monitoring reviewing local international legislation regulation policies that have an impact on mandate of SARB Group advise senior management developments
- Draft legislation opinions where applicable as well as address specific concerns of SARB Group etc...
