    About the Role

    We are seeking an experienced Senior Draughtsman to lead technical design projects and mentor junior team members. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in design, excellent problem-solving abilities, and strong technical skills.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Create and manage complex technical drawings using advanced CAD software.
    • Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and clients to deliver designs aligned with project requirements.
    • Ensure compliance with industry standards and quality guidelines.
    • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior draughtsmen.
    • Manage documentation, revisions, and updates for all technical drawings.
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes.

    Requirements:

    • A relevant qualification in Draughting or a related discipline.
    • A minimum of 5 years of experience in draughting, preferably in engineering, construction, or manufacturing.
    • Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).
    • Strong technical skills with a deep understanding of design principles.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
