Job description
Lead and manage a team of technical, operational, sales and administrative staff to achieve sales/branch targets
Build and maintain existing client relationships and continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction levels
Ensure that quality is maintained at all levels of branch operations
Drive sales targets, assist Relationship Managers to source new business

. Ad-hoc tasks as assigned.- Branch Reporting

Minimum requirements

Strong Business Acumen with a focus on customer relations
Ability to lead and manage a diverse team (minimum 3 years management experience)
Ability to plan and organize with strong administrative skills.
Strong negotiation skills, must come from a sales background (minimum 5 years)
Applied Excel at Intermediate Level
