Job summary:


As a member of the PAS team, focused on the Human Capital value chain and business performance, you will join a talented group of professionals that help support and improve businesses through their various types of transformation.

This could include work such as the design and implementation of operating models and organisational structures, improvement of process efficiency, management of people risks, support of change efforts to help organisations successfully transition to their desired future state, and advising organisations on a range of challenges that are associated with a merger, acquisition, divestiture and/or carve-out.

Key responsibilities:


  • Demonstrate technical competence in our core Human Capital capabilities (as described above) and take a practical / businessdriven approach to solving complex client challenges
  • Stay uptodate with key technical and functional skills, as well as industry trends
  • Go the extra mile to deliver highquality deliverables
  • Be able to influence and persuade clients and stakeholders to gain support for any major change initiatives and/or decisions
  • Coach and manage junior members of the team
  • Encourage and facilitate collaboration amongst team members, and promote an inclusive working environment
  • Be able to identify and help manage any potential issues and risks during a client assignment
  • Contribute to business development and client pursuit activities
  • Identify and flag any followon engagement opportunities
  • Support and lead certain engagement activities from planning through to implementation
  • Be able to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
  • Be proactive and take initiative
  • Be comfortable dealing with ambiguity, embrace uncertainty and adapt swiftly to changing situations
  • Be able to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Relevant postgraduate qualification
  • Relevant professional experience, for example, previous Consulting experience and/or experience in largescale projects
  • At least 3 to 4 years' experience in our core competency areas across the Human Capital value chain (Organisation Design, Change Management, Talent Management, HR Technology, Learning, Transactions and Reward)
