Job Duties/Responsibilities will include:

Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records.

Organizing meetings, including scheduling and sending out reminders.

Draft minutes of meetings.

Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner.

Managing the executive's calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.

Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and group transport.

Matric.

Tertiary education will be advantageous.

Must have Property Development experience.

Time management and ability to meet deadlines.

Verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.

Problem-solving and decision making.

Proactivity and self-direction.

Interpersonal skills.

Telephone etiquette.

Energetic.
