    Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly skilled CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXPERT to join our team at Emporium. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent customer service skills and training experience.

    About the Role:

    This role will involve providing top-notch customer support, resolving queries, recommending solutions, and guiding users through features and functionalities on our system.

    Responsibilities:

    • Creating and managing training plans with customers
    • Reporting on training progress of all customers that is in training
    • Working directly with clients to effectively coordinate each training project to completion
    • Communicating process successes and failures to internal and external stakeholders to identify potential areas of improvement
    • Providing system training to customers
    • Assisting with preparing data and uploading it onto the system for new customers

    Requirements:

    • Training/Educator or Consulting experience
    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or at least 3 years of bookkeeping experience
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Accounting software packages
    • Excel proficiency intermediate
    • Customer service/suppor experiance will be advantageous
    • Previous experience in the Property/Rental sector will be an advantage

    Benefits:

    • Ranging from R20 000 to R25 000 per month (negotiable depending on your experience)
