    Receptionist Position

    The Receptionist will be the first point of contact, performing various administrative duties across the organization.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Welcome guests positively and ensure a professional reception area at all times.
    • Greet and direct visitors to the appropriate person or office.
    • Answer phone calls in a professional manner, ensuring accurate information is provided.
    • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
    • Update calendars, schedule meetings, and perform other clerical tasks as required.

    Requirements

    • Grade 12 qualification.
    • Certification in Office Management is an advantage.
    • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Receptionist or Office Management role.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).

    Desirable Skills

    • Strong customer service attitude with excellent communication skills.
    • Pleasant demeanor to provide a positive first impression.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills to represent the brand professionally.
