- Perform reference checks and facilitate criminal verification processes.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for ongoing recruitment needs.
- Support bulk recruitment initiatives and high-volume hiring projects.
- Business Operations & Client Engagement:
- Act as the primary liaison between the CEO, clients, candidates, and stakeholders.
- Assist in drafting contracts, agreements, and legal documentation.
- Ensure seamless coordination between HR, finance, and operations teams.
- Handle complex deals, creative quotes, and strategic business initiatives.
- Oversee office IT support, procurement, and administrative tasks.
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a PA/Executive Assistant, preferably in recruitment or EOR services.
- At least 2-3 years experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or resourcing.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS systems, and Boolean searches.
- Above-average IT literacy and strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent spelling, grammar, and written communication.
- Highly organized, methodical, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to work at a fast pace and adapt to changing priorities.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
- Confident, well-spoken, and able to command respect.
- Comfortable with handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Must reside in Cape Town and be able to work in-office at least one day per week.
- Must have a positive, can-do attitude, and be able to grasp complex tasks quickly.
- Track record of ambition and career progression, with the potential to grow into a SA 360 Recruiter.
- Experience in bulk recruitment and high-volume hiring is advantageous.
- Must be able to represent the CEO professionally and uphold company standards.
- Candidates from the recruitment industry are preferred, but training will be provided for the right individual.
