    A Program Manager is required to oversee engineering changes and project deliverables in the plant team and client.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Track and update all engineering changes for the plant team and client on a regular basis
    • Monitor project deliverables for New Project Development
    • Analyze technical data from customers and share it with relevant departments
    • Visualize and share 2D and 3D data provided by customers and suppliers
    • Communicate design and manufacturing constraints to customers and suppliers
    • Enter data into Engineering Change trackers
    • Track project status
    • Communicate Engineering Changes with cross-functional teams
    • Conduct regular reviews to update Engineering Changes with customers and the plant
    • Publish press reviews and set up new products and design changes

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree (Matric) or higher in Mechanical Engineering (NQF 5 minimum)
    • At least 3 years of experience in the automotive sector in a similar role
    • Proficient in using CAD software
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

    Work Environment:

    This role requires strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality results.
