- Assist the Sales Director and Sales Managers in creating product-based sales targets for the sales team annually, with quarterly adjustments based on financial forecast results.
- Maintain a collaborative relationship with the Sales Director and Sales Managers to update customer and product portfolio mapping by sales representative.
- Process monthly data received from Wholesalers and send it to the Global SAP BI team to maintain the Wholesaler Cube.
- Update mapping for the WS and Sales Cube as necessary, such as adding new customers or products.
- Calculate sales team incentives on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Continuously improve various worksheets, including Territory/Product/Rep/Region mapping tables.
- Provide weekly updates to the sales team, including sales versus target year-to-date/month-to-date and 12-month unit sales trend.
- Support the Sales Director and Sales Managers with ad-hoc reporting requests, such as cycle meetings and sales conferences.
- Collaborate with the Sales Director and medical Devices Business Unit Manager to build a monthly sales report.
- Enhance various reports by improving formats and content.
- Compile waste management reports for participating customers.
- Serve as a backup for the Market Intelligence manager in budgeting, forecasting, and MTS processes.
- Strong proficiency in business intelligence tools, such as Power BI.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience in preparing and analyzing sales force data, evaluating performance against targets.
- Solid understanding of financial systems and reporting processes.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and concisely.
- Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset.
- Collaborative team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with relevant databases and data extraction techniques.
