Job Advert Summary:
Together with the HRBP, partner with management to implement organizational development and change management initiatives to enable and drive a high-performing and inclusive culture.
Provide a range of internal consultation services to the various Groups, directed at improving business results through change management, organization design, development, and effectiveness initiatives.
Minimum Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
NQF 6 qualification (360 credits) in Industrial Psychology or Human Resource Management.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in OD Role
Experience in Psychometric Assessments (Interpretation)
Project management Essential
Exposure to human capital management system Essential
Strong computer skills
Strong communication
Minimal understanding of employment equity legislation

Duties and Responsibilities:
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
Serve as a strategic partner in driving organization change management and business optimization projects.
Analyze and evaluate business structures to propose wholesome solutions to cater to business needs.
Implement change management projects that improve HR processes, systems, structure, and culture.
Design, introduce and implement initiatives which address future strategic requirements of the business.
Drive specialized frameworks which aims to address corporate strategies focusing on:
Promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion
Succession planning and talent cultivation
Performance management process
Individual development plans
Design & implementation of assessments & diagnostic tools which support the attraction, development, & retention of staff.
Support with organizational design and the evaluation of roles.
Contribute to the potential restructuring of departments to increase efficiency and align activities with business objectives
