Purpose of the Role:
- To coordinate all Suites and Hospitality experiences at DP World Wanderers Stadium, assisting with ticketing allocation, creation of matchday documentation and overall support for the hospitality team for match day delivery.
- To ensure that the service across these areas is delivered to the highest standards.
Key Accountabilities:
- Assist the Marketing Manager with the implementation of a complete marketing program and marketing initiatives. Specifically, execution of promotional marketing activations inline with marketing strategy and plan set out by Marketing Manager.
- Coordination of all suite holders including contract renewals and renewal meetings, finalisation of contracts.
- Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, access, and fulfil customer needs, educate the customer where applicable to prevent the need for future contacts and document interactions through contact tracking.
- Actively promoting and pursuing commercial property including but not limited to the selling of corporate hospitality suites, office space and corporate hospitality packages to new commercial interests.
- Coordination and execution of all administration relating to suite holders, tenants and corporate hospitality packages including but not limited to the selling of suites on a oneoff basis, preparation of suite tickets and suite maintenance.
- Support to the ticket office including but not limited to event sales and other ticket related administrative functions.
- Assistance and support of the events arranged and hosted by the Marketing Department.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing /Sales or equivalent qualifications.
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience in customer and/or stakeholder management or direct marketing.
Required Behavioural & Technical Competence
- Strong communication skills (both written and oral.
- Good analytical and creative problemsolving skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills are critical must adhere to deadlines, multitask and be able to prioritize.
- Ability to work both independently, with mínimal supervision, and in a team environment.
- Ability to learn quickly and manage workload in a cooperative and demanding environment.
- Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Good report writing skills
