Our team is dedicated to delivering personalized care with professionalism and compassion is seeking a Full time Secretary.
- Reside in the Southern Suburbs
- Non Smoker
- Dental practice experience preferred
- Well spoken with great attention to detail
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and welcoming manner
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar efficiently
- Verify insurance coverage and process payments accurately
- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
- Coordinate referrals and followup appointments
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Medical Receptionist or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures preferred
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Friendly and professional demeanor
Salary:
R18 000,00 - R23 000,00 per month
