General Maintenance Professional - Luxury Property - KZN North Coast

Join our dynamic team as a General Maintenance Professional at our high-end luxury property located on the breathtaking KZN North Coast.

We are seeking an experienced individual with a proven track record in all-round maintenance to ensure the upkeep and functionality of our prestigious location.

Description:

Perform routine maintenance tasks to preserve the property's aesthetic and functional aspects.
Conduct inspections to identify and address repair or improvement needs promptly.
Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner.
Oversee and maintain systems, ensuring optimal performance.
Handle plumbing and electrical repairs, addressing issues related to water supply, drainage, lighting, and power distribution.
Undertake carpentry projects, including furniture repairs and installations.
Maintain the property's outdoor areas.
Ensure the proper functioning of security systems, collaborating with security personnel as needed.
Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, schedules, and completed tasks.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in general maintenance

Proficient in various maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.
Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills for interactions with residents, staff, and external contractors.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
