Description

The purpose of this role is to manage multiple clients, accounts, and creative teams.

The creative partner works closely with the Business Directors and Strategy leads to help push the creative boundaries of the agency output for existing clients and new business opportunities.

Present innovative and differentiating ideas and concepts to clients. They will be responsible for the creative ownership, creative strategic development, and overall concept development.

Key Responsibilities:

Provides superior creative and design skills on multiple projects for a variety of clients.
Executes all integrated creative components of any assigned campaigns.
Directs activities of subordinates to maintain standard of creative excellence and ensure goal Achievement.
Provides clear direction and inspiration/mentorship to all team members.
Establishes trust and strong relationships with key clients.
Acts as an advisor on emerging technologies and trends.
