Job Advert Summary:
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 1 2 years relevent experience in Administrative and Financial duties.
- Ability to communicate at all levels verbal (face to face), verbal (telephonic) and written (electronic and hand written).
- Computer literacy in MS Office is essentail, with the emphasis on MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, SAP Maximo.
- Working knowledge of MS Access will be an advantage.
- Previously experience/exposure to a vehicle repair facility will be an advantage.
- Administrative skills.
- Analytical skills to do fault finding and problems solving.
Primary Duties:
- Completion of Monthly Timesheets for Transport Department Employees.
- Filing of all documentation relating to above functions.
- Filing and general administrative duties.
- Attendance Register/Leave Forms/ Overtime Authorization.
- Accurate daily capturing of vehicle log sheets on Maximo.
Knowledge:
- Ms Office
- Maximo
- SAP
- MS Access
Skills:
- Good communication skills (both written and spoken).
- Good administative skills.
- Good public relation skills.
