FIXED CONTRACT - 12 MONTHS_


Role purpose
// Control and co-ordinate warehouse movements on SAP

// Scheduling and planning of loads on TMS

// Coordinate return process

// Maintain audit traceability via proper admin system


Key responsibilities and tasks
// Receive and print picking slips and hand over to transporter for delivery planning

// Create shipment

// Ensure delivery notes are created when transporter liaised with customers for deliveries

// Create a spreadsheet for KPIs customer care deliveries

// Create VLO60 report to review open deliveries daily

// Ensure all drivers sign delivery notes when loads are dispatched by warehouse

// Co-ordinating picking and transfers

// GRV all customer returns when received at the warehouse

// Supply credit to customer when sampling is completed, and results of seed is verified by lad

// Ensure all consignment stock is returned and SAP system updated

// Assist with stock takes

// Co-ordinating pickings and transfers

// Ensure all P.O.D.s are returned and filed

// Control all transport invoices for carrier on TMS system and verify costs

// Utilise company resources efficiently to control costs

// Comply with goals (DPR) set for quality, reliability, cost, and people

// Attend safety meetings and ensure all training for CBT is in compliance

// Assist in inventory control

// Procurement for warehouse, requesting quotations, creation of purchase requisitions, receiving purchase orders, goods receiving on the procurement system, and loading invoices to LINup

// Data capturing of the new open pick-up slips

// Typing of shipment advise advise note for scheduled deliveries

// Assisting on load planning

// Assisting creation on shipments on TMS

// Liaise with internal and external customers

// Ensure the safety and health of themselves and of those around them

// Be familiar with and adhere to established HSE procedures, rules, and work practices

// Utilise and properly maintain all necessary/ provided safety or personal protective equipment and controls

// Immediately report all workplace hazards and incidents through reporting channels


Key Working Relations
// Direct report to warehouse manager, site lead

// Working closely with the warehouse, transport team, and safety team


Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
// High School/ Grade 12 or Administration Certification

// Knowledge and experience of SAP transactions

// Fluent in English

// Good interpersonal and communication skills

// Computer Literacy MS Office (Word, Excel, E-mail, Project etc.)

// Can work under pressure without losing the ability to systematically complete set tasks

// Results focused with ability to work on own initiative

// Strong teamwork (flexibility to work across the areas and positively influencing others

// Establish clear direction and making decisions in a timely manner


Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary

Contract length: 12 months
