Duties:


  • Manage sites, staff and rosters
  • Manage subcontractors
  • Manage project budgets (time and materials)
  • Coordinated and managed the completion of project
  • Maintain quality of works and reputation of employer
  • Attend meetings with Architects and Engineers
  • Setting out and grid line surveying with Dumpy and Theodolite

Experience required:


  • 10+ years experience as GF
Our Client is a building contractor who work on multiple building sites throughout Cape Town.

They currently have a number of high rise residential & commercial builds and are wanting to expand their team
