Key responsibilities:

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Maintain excellent store condition and visual merchandising standards
Welcome and greet customers
Ascertain customers' needs and wants
Recommend items that match customer needs
Manage point-of-sale processes
Manage stock on hand
Maintain required stock levels
Be actively involved in the receiving of new stock
Keep up to date with product information
Accurately describe product features and benefits
Ensure product pricing is accurate


Main deliverables:

Deliver exceptional customer service
Ensure store environment is pristine
Ensure visual merchandising is as per VM guidelines
Sell of products in store
Restock products in store


Requirements:

Matric/Grade 12
Valid work permit
Ability to work flexible retails hours, including Sundays and evenings
Experience in retail sales
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Good communication skills
Customer service focused
Reliable, friendly, helpful, confident and engaging
Basic administration skills


Basic computer skills:
POS system, Shopify
Good with numbers
