Purpose of the Job:


  • To provide administration support across the asset team and assist in the managing coordinating related projects to ensure that assets are correctly accounted and controlled in order to contribute to Retail objectives.

What you've done before:


  • National Diploma
  • Baseline:
  • Diploma in Accounting/Project Management preferred or equivalent work experience.

Advantageous:

  • Understanding and Application of the Engen Limits of Authority framework(LoA)
  • Experience in project management
  • IPPM, SAP, BI (SAP experience in raising requisitions is a requirement)

What you'll be doing:


  • Raising of requisitions
  • Processing of vouchers for payment
  • Assets Projects as required to from time to time
  • Recover rentals for the alternative property portfolio
  • Administrative Support
  • Consolidate and manage the administration of the Alternative Portfolio as agreed
  • Support to the Retail Assets Manager as required
  • Produce and maintain reports as agreed
  • Coordinate portfolio rebalance & change request executed in terms of governance framework (LOA)
  • Processing JV's
