Requirements:


  • Grade 12 minimum
  • Post matric or Property qualification will be an advantage.
  • Minimum of 3 years lease administration experience, directly interfacing with clients and providing general administrative support services.
  • Ability to draw leases, draw schedules/reports on system
  • Experience on SAP and MDA will be advantageous.
  • Good communication skills written and verbal
  • Time management skills essential
  • A good mix of interpersonal and administrative skills
  • Good problemsolving skills

Responsibilities:


  • Lease Document Management Process i

e:
Draft Lease Agreements I.e. New Deals/ renewals, addendums and all related documents

  • Documentation deadline management
  • Liaise with Business Units and Leasing consultants, if and when applicable.
  • Capturing of Lease Agreements on all relevant systems.
  • Ensure debit orders are captured timeously and accurately.
  • Attend report back meetings on outstanding leases and all related matters.
  • Assist team members and the department where necessary.
  • Scan leases onto system once signed, so that Business Unit can send a copy to the tenant.

Salary:
R15, R21,000.00 per month
