Job Summary

To support the Head:

Sales Planning in facilitating the implementation of sales management strategies through effective stakeholder management, including development and tracking of plans, milestones, deliverables, risks, and issues through to final delivery.

Works directly with stakeholders within SME, including but not limited to frontline client coverage teams, virtual channels and central functions.

Skilled in sales data analysis, assisting the business to use the data they collect to understand trends, solve business problems, and monitor metrics.

To enhance information in order to support optimal decision making. Able to map processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions.


Job Description:

Business optimization - Analyze the behavior, profitability, trends in sales & financial data.


Business performance management - Develop / define and consolidate reports for, and from, relevant stakeholders and forums to monitor progress against targets.

Monitoring and tracking of SME related campaigns, initiatives and events.


Stakeholder management - Collaborates with business, product and technical teams to drive understanding of both the requirement and the solutions being implemented in SME.

Build and maintain relationships within relevant business units by creating an understanding of their requirements and gather feedback. Liaise with stakeholders and keep them updated on progress of the development of requirements.


Analytical Insights - Perform analytical techniques to provide sales insights and recommendations that support decision making to the business as and when required.


Communicates data driven insights to Head:
Sales Planning and/or SME stakeholders. Responds timeously and professionally to ad hoc business requests.


Validate, Collaborate & Research - Continuously explore ways to enhance business performance by analyzing key profit / cost / process efficiency drivers, key indicators, relationships and trends.

Process management - Analyses processes end to end by gathering insights from relevant stakeholders to inform improvements and efficiencies. Translate business requirements into a technical specifications. Develop a thorough knowledge of products, systems, platforms and related reporting.

Education

Bachelors Degree and Professional Qualifications:
Business, Commerce and Management Studies (required)
