    Key Requirements

    • You will have completed a Mechanical Engineering qualification, coupled with a minimum of 10 years experience in managing company assets such as production machinery/equipment, as well as production output, risk management, inventory/supplier management and factory operations. This extensive background will enable you to effectively manage diverse teams of artisans and production staff at multiple plants, ensuring that production costs remain reasonable, maintenance schedules are implemented efficiently, and improvements/modifications to equipment and production machinery drive the achievement of high-quality and safe production targets.
    • Your strong track record in people management and development will provide technical support to maintenance and production teams while maintaining meticulous staffing and performance records. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing robust Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) procedures, adhering to Quality standards (ISO 9001 and 14001), compiling/managing budgets, reporting on expenses, variances, losses, and international departmental reports.
    • A valid driver's license, owned vehicle, and clear criminal and credit history are essential requirements for this role.
