Job Purpose:

As a Wage Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately processing wages and supporting the payroll function.

Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will ensure the seamless execution of payroll activities at Two Oceans Marine Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and calculate wages accurately and in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of working hours, overtime, and other relevant payroll data.
Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Assist in preparing payroll reports and documentation as required.
Handle wagerelated inquiries from employees and provide timely and accurate information.
Ensure confidentiality and security of payroll data.
Collaborate with HR and finance departments to address payrollrelated issues.
Assist in the implementation of payroll processes and procedures.

Desired Experience & Qualification:

Previous experience in a payroll or wagerelated role is preferred.
Proficiency in payroll software and data entry.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Knowledge of wage and labor regulations.
Effective communication skills to interact with employees and internal teams.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
