Job Description:

The Diesel Generator Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of diesel generator sets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, as well as experience in data centers or large industrial facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor all DG units/systems and schedule preventative maintenance.
Install all required DG equipment and inspect to ensure efficiency of operations.
Maintain internal electrical and electronic (PLC) control systems.
Monitor all processes and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Requirements:

Higher National Diploma/National Diploma/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
N3-N6/Equivalent in Mechanical Engineering/Diesel Generators.
Professional Engineering Technician/Equivalent Field experience.
Valid and Recognized Trade test.

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
