3 years of relevant experience in the retail pharmacy market and real-time claim and medical aid industry knowledge, as well as specialist technical product knowledge of Unisolv's dispensing and ERA software.

If the highest qualification is grade 12, 5 years' experience in handling pharmacy medical aid related queries, with an expert understanding of the Unisolv modules related to medical aid claiming processes.

Certifications Professional Memberships in Relevant Industry Level of Engagement & Span of Control Span of Control 3 Level of Engagement Engagement will all levels within the organisation, internal and external to the business.
