    Digital Content Strategist and Social Media Manager

    We are seeking a seasoned professional with 5-7 years of experience in content strategy, social media management, and client relations to manage high-profile clients across platforms.

    This role is perfect for someone who can bring flair and a strategic mind to our growing team. As the go-to person for managing big-name clients, you will be responsible for:

    • Content Calendar Management: Own and manage content calendars for various channels (PESO), building robust strategies that work across platforms.
    • Social Media Management: Proficient in Sprinklr and social media programs for managing executive accounts and corporate pages with flair.
    • Client Relations: Confidently manage high-profile clients, including regular communications, meetings, and reporting.
    • Budget Management: Manage budgets, develop paid ads/boosted posts, and drive big-picture strategies for both consumer and business brands.
    • Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of trends, write articles, post on LinkedIn, and represent the agency as an industry leader.
    • Mentorship: Mentor a Social Media Coordinator and help build out our digital/social team.
    • Reporting and Analysis: Deliver annual reports, analyze metrics, and make data-driven recommendations.
    • New Business Development: Support in new client pitches to expand our portfolio.
