Job Description_

OTB Management

Buy Plan develop the overall buy plan for the year ahead annually to ensure target GP will be achieved.
Exclusive Brands develop a seasonal plan/shopping list for exclusive brands which indicates the OTB, gender, price points & units to be purchased based on performance & sell throughs.

Analysis

Maximise system capabilities through running cube reports where required.
Setup monthly management meeting reporting and make recommendations.
Update reports as required; within deadlines.
Assist with training of staff members where required.

Stock Management

Markdowns run 120day markdown list every monthend and provide management with scenarios to liquidate stock to be provided in the 2nd week of every month.
Refurbs and Relocations ensure the Team is up to date with last trade dates, reopening dates, last & new stock delivery dates & possible date changes, etc.
New Store Openings ensure the Team is up to date with opening dates, stock delivery dates & possible date changes and ensure stores have the correct mix of product prior opening (footwear, apparel & accessories splits).
Store Closures.
Allocations oversee that the correct allocation templates and sales periods are being applied for stock allocations.
IBT's.

Key Requirements_

Relevant Degree/Diploma.

years experience as a Retail Planner in Fashion/Footwear environment.

Selfstarter, with the ability to work independently.
Team player.
Excels at data analysis and the ability to create proposals based on information and analysis; ability to use this data analysis for problem solving.
Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Excellent skills with Excel at an advanced level and continue improvement / ongoing proactive training to learn new skills.
Commercial understanding and merchant mind set to identify opportunities.
Organised, multi tasker, deadline driven.
