    Internal Sales Administration Coordinator

    This role involves supporting the sales team and handling various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full ordering process, including sales invoices, quotes, and customer-related enquiries.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage the entire ordering process, from sales invoices to customer-related enquiries
    • Support the sales team with clerical and administrative processes
    • Process sales orders and communicate back orders via email to the procurement team and sales department
    • Assist with quotation enquiries for existing and new clients
    • Pull data for weekly reports and compile reports for the weekly sales meeting with management
    • Email or respond to customer enquiries regarding brochures, data sheets, certificates, quotations, and orders
    • Update customer information in the customer register
    • Maintain office files and records according to internal standards and procedures
    • Recommend new ideas to improve the organization's goals and reputation
    • Participate in educational opportunities to enhance job knowledge
    • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed
    • Prepare invoices for filing and follow up with customers daily, weekly, and monthly
    • Answer telephone calls, screen, and direct calls when the receptionist is on lunch and teatime
    • Deal with queries related to orders receipt/confirm delivery enquiries

    Operational Requirements:

    • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Evolution and Pastel operating systems
    • Grade 12 qualification
    • Able to work required hours in Midrand
