    The ideal candidate is a driven and ambitious self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments. To excel, you must be comfortable making numerous calls daily, building relationships with partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify new sales opportunities through proactive inbound lead follow-up and targeted outbound cold calls and communication efforts.
    • Prepare for prospect calls by conducting thorough company research and gathering relevant lead information.
    • Analyze customer buying trends and provide data-driven insights to management.
    • Enter, update, and maintain accurate CRM information on leads, prospects, and sales opportunities.

    Essential Qualifications:

    • A minimum of 1-3 years' experience in sales roles within the engineering or mining industry (non-negotiable).
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
    • The ability to multitask, prioritize work effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    Compensation Package:

    R 10,000 - R 18,000 (basic salary) plus benefits.
