Description
We are seeking a store manager to over see the daily operations of our retail store.

As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the store, including stock control, purchasing, budgeting, and customer service management.

You will play a key role in ensuring the store operates efficiently while delivering exceptional service to our customers.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daytoday operations of the store, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Manage stock control procedures, ensuring accurate inventory levels and minimizing stock loss or shrinkage.
  • Develop and implement purchasing strategies to maintain adequate stock levels while maximizing profitability.
  • Monitor sales performance and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and manage the store budget, including forecasting sales, expenses, and profit margins.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a retail management role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in stock control procedures, inventory management, and purchasing.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage budgets, analyze financial data, and make datadriven decisions.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships with customers and staff.
  • Must possess a senior certificate.
