    We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team and contribute to our continued success. The ideal candidate will be a dedicated and highly organized individual with excellent communication skills.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Office Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, maintain office supplies, and ensure the office is well-organized and presentable.
    • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to various departments, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
    • Data Entry: Accurately input and update data in our systems, maintaining high standards of accuracy and confidentiality.
    • Communication: Serve as a point of contact between employees, clients, and external partners, ensuring clear and effective communication.
    • Documentation: Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
    • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and files, both electronically and in hard copy, ensuring easy retrieval of information when necessary.
    • Additional Administrative Duties: Perform any other administrative tasks as requested by management.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven Experience: Must have proven experience in an administrative role.
    • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in all work.
    • Collaboration: Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
    • Professional Demeanour: Professional demeanour and strong work ethic.

    Education:

    • Grade 12: Grade 12 is a minimum requirement.
