    Job Description

    The Pick-Up-Shop Senior Sales Consultant will serve as a brand ambassador for Würth, selling products and offering sales services to customers while overseeing daily operations within the Shop.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Ensure daily/monthly/yearly targets & KPI's are met.
    • Lead Shop Consultants, ensuring collective targets/tasks/deadlines are achieved.
    • Generate and respond to sales leads, implementing initiatives to drive sales.
    • Maintain proactive telephone marketing/sales calls (minimum 50 calls per day).
    • Implement processes to the standard set by Management Team.
    • Provide aftersales service and support to customers.
    • Manage all Email & Telephonic enquiries.
    • Identify and engage potential customers.
    • Process orders and goods returned for credit.
    • Assist in payment collections and support credit controllers.
    • Maintain balance of product range based on demand, overstock, deletion, supersession.
    • Monitor Deliveries, Stock & Inventory Movement and Sales Orders daily.
    • Optimize visual merchandising using brochures, advertising, and catalogues.
    • Complete stock takes timeously and make recommendations on surplus and slow-moving items monthly.
    • Perform general day-to-day running of the shop.
    • Analyze reports and sales figures.
    • Administer daily & monthly sales reports.
    • Maintain good working relationships with colleagues in the sales team.
    • Prepare and assist in co-ordination for Customer Days.
    • Manage customer complaints and escalate where necessary.

    Requirements

    • Matric or equivalent.
    • Reside within the area or 15-20km radius.
    • Fluent in English; additional South African language advantageous.
    • Sales orientated; goal driven & self-motivated.
    • Ability to work independently and participate actively within a team.
    • Computer Literate (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel).
    • SAP experience advantageous.
    • Quick grasp of new concepts, constant willingness to learn and strong sense of responsibility.
    • High level of commitment.
    • Product Knowledge relevant to Würth South Africa industry.
    • Minimum of 3 – 5 years sales and/or customer service experience.
    • Reliable transport.
    • Clear disciplinary record.
    • Clear Criminal Record.
    • Clear Credit History.
