Role Overview:

As the Manager of Crew Bar, you'll be at the helm of a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our patrons


Your responsibilities will include:

Leadership: Inspire and motivate our team to uphold the values of inclusivity, respect, and excellence in all aspects of their work.

Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality management, preferably in a LGBTQ+ or inclusive environment.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for creating inclusive spaces and fostering community connections.
• Knowledge of LGBTQ+ issues and a commitment to promoting diversity and equality.
