Role Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform all admin and adhoc duties as assigned by designated supervisor
Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
Perform with efficiency and accuracy the duties assigned
Responsible for assisting the Planners in daily tasks including planning of work for departments

and monitoring of schedules to ensure on time and in full targets are met.

Deliver work of the highest standard, efficiently
Develop Schedules for production departments and assist with reporting and data capturing as

required.

Keep Track off daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules and any MTE/MTS projects on the

plan.

Key Stakeholders (Internal)

Production departments, Customer care department, Warehousing departments and R&D/Technical

departments

Educational Requirements

Grade 12 (with Maths)
A completed Btech, Diploma, Degree in Supply chain management or Production/Materials planning or relevant equivalent qualification

Required Technical and Soft Skills:

Computer literate and proficient in MS Office productivity tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Maintain a positive attitude and provide exemplary customer service
Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion
Ability to multitask
Ability to take initiative and make decisions
Continuous learning a curious mind
Good organisational skills
