Are you a marketing Guru?Key responsibilities:
Assist the marketing consultant with all communication duties to ensure compliance with company marketing strategy and brand.
Assist in identifying marketing opportunities.
Develop and execute ad hoc campaigns as required by the business support wealth managers.
Provide wealth managers (client facing team members) with consistent immediate support with branding material, access to marketing information.
Assist with tasks for corporate events to ensure smooth running events (e.g. conferences and exhibitions, client events, webinars, plant inaugurations etc.)
Contribute to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range goals to be achieved.
Draft copy for mailers, social media and other marketing channels, to promote the event to potential exhibitors and sponsors.
Manage the websites of the group and ensure all information is relevant and accurate. Liaise with photographer to have team pictures taken. Make sure all relevant media is uploaded to the website.
Administer bulk mail system (Mailchimp)
Do DTP and design work where necessary for the teams.
Maintain the company website ensuring information is updated and functionality working correctly.
Develop and update marketing materials (e.g. newsletters, brochures, presentations, banners etc.)
Desktop publishing and design
Maintain the events calendar.
Ensure corporate image is correctly portrayed through all communication mediums and support employees with the implementation thereof.
Stock management of branded items and marketing material
Administer SharePoint dashboard.
Provide marketing support for all companies within the groups.
Key requirements:
One year's experience in generalist marketing, including digital marketing, internal and external branding, design and desk top publishing, event management and some copy writing (proof reading).
Tertiary marketing qualification
Microsoft Suite (MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook and PowerPoint)
Advantageous:
