One of our impressive lodges is looking to place a FOH Managerto be 1st line of contact for our guests.

We are looking for your expertize, experience and skill to supervise & manage FOH, incl Reservation & Reception.

Are you the one to fill this opportune position ?_ One of our impressive lodges is looking to place a receptionist to be 1st line of contact for their guests.

- ensure faultless and continual quality customer service at all times
- manage bookings, greet guests,
- seamlessly resolve customer issues or complaints.

  • Strong multitasking skills; multitasking with ease
  • Sound communication competencies
  • Capable of working in a fastpaced environment.
  • Ability to manage complaints subtly

Duties:


  • To manager FOH / Reception / Reservation_
  • Maintain a positive attitude and friendly demeanour.
  • Welcome guests as they arrive
  • Manage incoming calls
  • Perform reservation requests
  • Respond to all guest questions and requests.
  • Manage guest bookings and reservations.
  • Keep a tidy and orderly workspace.
  • Verify customer information and payment options,
  • Determining rooms available
  • Accept payments
  • Check guests out.
  • Administration

Must have

  • Min 1 2 yrs exp in Reservation & / FOH
  • Min 1 2 yrs exp in Reception
  • Previous exposure to a Lodge / Hotel environment
  • Pref a tertiary education in related field

Qualification

  • Matric
  • Relevant tertiary qualification would be advantageous
  • Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant computer programs.
