VACANCY

MARKETING COORDINATOR

Manager and will have amongst others, the following duties and responsibilities:


Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Work with the Sales and Marketing teams on customer Key Account Plans and set up calendars to drive the execution of agreed plans.
  • Maintain inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials when necessary.
  • Plan meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists.
  • Support the marketing manager in establishing and evaluating marketing strategy by assembling sales forecasts, setting objectives, organizing promotional presentations, and updating calendars.
  • Regularly review and maintain BBF corporate stationery and templates for consistency.
  • Maintain the Marketing Storeroom and ensure all marketing materials are sent out timeously and tracked accordingly.
  • Manage and direct the various requests for trade marketing support, donations and special projects.
  • Support various brand and category marketing initiatives as required.

Qualifications & Experience:


  • Matric
  • Marketing Degree or equivalent with a good academic record
  • 1 year's experience as a Marketing Intern

Skills & Competencies:


  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to think laterally
  • Computer literacy
  • Must be extremely wellorganised and capable in administrative tasks
