Customer Service Agent

We are seeking an experienced professional with a passion for customer service to join our dynamic team.

The successful candidate will have skills in sales and manufacturing, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Order Processing:

Audit and process sales orders within specified deadlines.
Invoice orders and ensure timely dispatch.
Process export orders, including necessary documentation.

Daily Order Management:

Follow up on production and import orders, providing feedback to customers.
Manage blanket orders and export preparations.

Customer Interactions:

Handle walk-in customers and process quotations efficiently.
Ensure timely responses to quotation requests.
Process payments for quotations and cash sales.

Requirements:

Grade 12 or equivalent.
35 years of experience in a customer service or internal sales support role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
Bilingual in English and Afrikaans.
Experience with ERP systems is essential.
Basic knowledge of export processes is an advantage.
Experience in the sales and manufacturing industry.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail.
Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
Strong numerical proficiency and technical savvy.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Remuneration Package:

R12,135.00 per month, plus pension plan, voluntary medical aid options available, and standard working hours from Monday to Friday.
