    The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, with experience in contract administration and project management. The role involves preparing, reviewing, and managing contracts with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.

    • Key Responsibilities:
    • Contract Administration: Prepare, review, and manage contracts with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
    • Project Management: Assist Project Managers in planning, organising, and executing projects.
    • Budgeting and Invoicing: Track project budgets and ensure expenses align with the contract.
    • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
    • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal team members.

    Requirements:

    • Education: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Contract Management, or a related field.
    • Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in contracts or project administration.
    • Knowledge: Familiarity with contract law, project management methodologies, and compliance regulations.
    • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), project management tools (such as MS Project or Trello), and contract management software.

    Remuneration: Dependent on experience and qualification.
