Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, with experience in contract administration and project management. The role involves preparing, reviewing, and managing contracts with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:
Contract Administration: Prepare, review, and manage contracts with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
Project Management: Assist Project Managers in planning, organising, and executing projects.
Budgeting and Invoicing: Track project budgets and ensure expenses align with the contract.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as a point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal team members.

Requirements:

Education: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Contract Management, or a related field.
Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in contracts or project administration.
Knowledge: Familiarity with contract law, project management methodologies, and compliance regulations.
Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), project management tools (such as MS Project or Trello), and contract management software.

Remuneration: Dependent on experience and qualification.
