About the Role:


The purpose of the role is to provide day to day human resource administrative support and contribute to the long-term development of the HR function.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Manage the time and attendance data for the factory on Paxton + SDM system timeously to ensure accurate payroll data is submitted monthly.
  • Plan and call labour from Adcorp Blu as per labour plan requirements
  • Monthly and daily PR creation and GR for (HR, H&S, finance, Environment, Procurement and Factory manager)
  • Ordering of production, clinic, office stationery and canteen grocery
  • Admin support for plant and HR manager (expense claim, car services)
  • Office support making sure our printers and coffee machines are working properly
  • Schedule team's monthly meetings
  • Courier services for office and production (local and international)
  • Travel arrangement (Visa, hotel bookings, car rental, transfers and flight bookings)

Who we are looking for:


  • National Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management
  • Experience working in a unionised environment
  • SAP experience would be advantageous
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Competency based profiling, screening, and interview techniques
  • Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills
