Exciting Opportunity:
Contracts Manager Position
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Contracts Manager to join our team.
In this role, you will oversee the contractual aspects of a turnkey project, ensuring compliance with NEC 3 Contracts and other relevant regulations.
You will play a crucial part in managing the contract from initiation to completion, handling negotiations, and mitigating risks effectively.
Proficiency in MS Projects, Candy (CCS), and BuildSmart will be essential for successful execution.
Throughout this role, you will have the opportunity to enhance your project management and communication skills, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Your ability to effectively manage contracts and communicate technical and commercial feasibility will be paramount to the success of our projects.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Experience in managing NEC 3 Contracts and OHS Act Construction Regulations.
- Certificate in Project Management recognized by the SACPCMP.
- Registration with the SACPCMP.
- Proficiency in MS Projects, Candy (CCS), and BuildSmart.

Salary:
R30 000,00 - R40 000,00 per month
