Duties And Responsibilities

• Be a self driven agent of the company, who is able to work autonomously.
• Be the name and face that people will remember when they want a car, and your number being the first one they have on speeddial.
• Know how to best describe our stock to get the attention of those silver surfers needing a magic carpet (i.e car).
• Actively engage with prospective customers, never leave them hanging and make a good first impression, thenkeep it up throughout and after the sale process
• Develop an indepth understanding of our everchanging car inventory and use that knowledge to help customers to make an informed decision. Know your job, your people, your process.
• Drive with clients on a test drive, while demonstrating all the features the vehicle has to offer. Basically, Just make it fun for them and get to know them.
• Don't just sell them a car, sell them an experience that they will never forget, and that they will come back
• Work together with our suppliers and finance team to help them, to help you, close the circle and make some customers happy
• Make sure our vehicles are reconditioned, in a roadworthy condition and shine like the stars
• Working hours are from 8am5pm (Monday to Friday), and Saturday 9 am 1pm. After hours and Sundays by appointment with our customers. We believe money never sleeps

Requirements:

• Be a peoples person

• Previous car sales NOT a requirement We want fresh blood
• Proof of your best customer interactions.
• Your own smartphone (we are bias and prefer iphones)
• Your own laptop and transport
• Oh yes, that requirement called a drivers license

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Cape Town,

Western Cape:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
