Our client in the Automotive Industry is seeking a Licensing Data Capturer to join their team in Johannesburg.
- Introduce vehicle into E-Natis system
- Assist with vehicle description changes
- Send the E-Natis certificate to branches, dealers and banks
- Registration and Licence complete vehicles for branches and dealers
- Assist with the FAW Municipality account
- Assist with police clearance on vehicles
- Assist with vehicle permits
- Licensing of Company vehicles and Demo trucks
- Ensure to submit all windscreen claims to the insurance and make follow up on the replacement and payment
- Assist at the reception at all times
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric Certificate
- 12 years in similar role
- Read and Write in English
- Confident and proactive approach anticipates issues and
- Good administrative ability
- Deadline driven
- Team Player
