How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?:

In this position the CO2 Plant Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of the CO2 Plant adhering to safety and quality procedures.

-
No contaminated product to Coca Cola or any food and beverage customers
-
Stock / Product availability to cater for the regions demands
-
Log production on IMRSA and complete production postings on NAV
-
Ensure IMS & Quality standards to be maintained (Internal & External)
-
Corrective and Preventative Maintenance as per Quality system and Objectives / Maximo and Intelex
-
Running and maintaining of all analytical equipment, including the Calibrations as per schedule
-
Conduct routine maintenance and maintaining stock of spares
-
Housekeeping on Plant, tanks and all equipment
-
Maintaining the Coca Cola & FSSC 22000 full approvals including the HACCP System
-
Identify plant abnormalities, reporting & rectifying
-
Maintain plant records for maintenance, logs and machine data
-
Comply with the Laws and Regulations applicable to the CO2 facility

Educational requirements

Matric Certificate with Mathematics and Science
-
Technical background
-
Millwright Trade

Experience
-
Theoretical and practical Knowledge
-
2 years or more of CO2 Recovery or relevant experience
-
Production experience
-
Safety Procedures/OSH Act

Knowledge and Know-how specific to the job
