Customer and Systems Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer and Systems Support Specialist to join our team in Centurion, Gauteng, South Africa.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will work in our Control Tower department, handling customer inquiries primarily from European clients via phone, TEAMS, email, and online meetings.
Key responsibilities include master data setup and maintenance in our Enterprise Asset Management System (TEAM), testing system setups before client go-live, and documenting standard operation procedures for new system functionality.
Additional duties include system demonstrations and user training, daily proactive monitoring of client transactions, and resolving system errors.
The role also involves creating reports with data analysis, proactively analyzing data to support client decision-making, and managing client tickets in our ticketing system.
Collaboration with our IT Development department is essential, as well as communicating new system functionality and required system maintenance to the client base.

Requirements and Skills:

A relevant tertiary qualification is mandatory.
Excellent communication skills are crucial, with a strong focus on result-orientation and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate must be able to work effectively in a team, particularly when collaborating with other departments.
Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities is essential.
Practical experience with ERP or WMS systems is advantageous, along with good analytical skills for data interpretation and strong computer skills, including MS Office and Teams.
Language proficiency in English and German is necessary, and 2-3 years of relevant work experience is preferred.

Estimated Salary:

R450,000 - R550,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
