    • Manage the migration of accounts from transactional to self-service platforms.
    • Grow the active customer base by increasing client acquisition and retention.
    • Foster strong relationships with clients by maximizing cross-sell opportunities.
    • Monitor and influence sales activities to achieve predetermined targets.
    • Provide efficient administrative services through careful planning, reporting, and updating of related information.
    • Ensure compliance with governance requirements, including legislative and audit standards.
    • Verify transactions daily to ensure new business applications are closed within set timelines.
    • Track, control, and influence sales and service activities to increase efficiency.
    • Maintain adherence to procedures and processes outlined in the Golden Rules.
    • Supply accurate and reliable sales and service statistics.
    • Pursue ongoing development to enhance personal competencies.

    Salary: R400,000 - R600,000 per annum.

    Location: KwaZulu-Natal, Durban.
